Everyone has a story.
Mine began when I got my first job. I was 11 and I was a paper boy.
I woke up each morning at 4:30 a.m. and delivered newspapers door-to-door before going to school. I did that 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for nearly 8 years.
And I have been working ever since.
In fact, my entire career has been focused on work. By the time I graduated from high school, I knew that working with people was more satisfying to me than working with things. So I earned a college degree in human resources.
In the three decades that followed, and earning a doctorate along the way, I led and contributed to countless research projects and initiatives that were focused on education, work, and career pathways.
I owe much of my success to my colleagues and mentors, many of whom were men. So today, I exclusively serve clients who want all boys and men to find purpose and meaning in their education, work, and career pursuits.
I can help. One story at a time.
